SYNOPSIS: The Pasarow Mass Spectrometry laboratory has 3 HP 1090 liquid chromatographs. These versatile and robust instruments see daily use in the lab. They are used as stand alone LCs with UV detection or can be interfaced with a mass spectrometer [usually an API III+] for mass selective detection. We are currently expecting a fourth instrument to be donated to the lab.
